We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers, explaining features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Collaborate with the dealership team to meet sales goals
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to cold call and generate leads
- Proficiency in using software and tools for managing sales pipelines
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales is beneficial
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Knowledge of dealership operations and processes is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
